Dishes are prepared exclusively with fresh, local products. Gleaming copper pots and beautiful hand-painted ceramic plates are displayed on the walls. The chef and owner, Roberto, prepares each dish personally, with the utmost care and attention, searching out the highest quality, strictly seasonal ingredients from the local produce. Among the first course dishes on the menu, the homemade pasta dishes, stuffed ravioli, and cured meats predominate, while the main course dishes include meat and game served with vegetables from the garden, followed by exquisite desserts accompanied by a glass of “meditation” wine.The wine list offers white and red wines, all Italian, with preference given to the excellent local wines.
